The Scout Shop continues to grow as National adds new items each year. Even at this time we are still learning how to better server you.
- In addition to the regular hours, mail service and over the phone orders are available.
- Units are encouraged to set up an open account with the Scout Shop, where purchases can be charged to the account.
- Units have access to custom designed emblems and merchandise.
- Any regular supply catalog item can be special ordered.

Scout Shop Policies and Procedures
UNIT ACCOUNTS - Unit accounts are available to all packs and troops. Account deposits may be made in person or a check may be mailed to the Scout Service Center.
REFUNDS - Refunds will be made for the cancelled event, merchandise, etc.. Refunds for amounts up to $10.00 will be made in cash; any amount over $10.00 will receive a check in the mail, which are paid twice monthly (the 15th and the last day of each month).
RETURNS - Returns of current, resalable merchandise are accepted within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You must have the original receipt to receive or exchange merchandise. The Council reserves the right to determine if an item is resalable or not.
CHECKS - A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to all returned checks. Checks are accepted on a "good faith" policy, with no identification required.
VISA OR MASTERCARD - We accept both credit cards at the Scout Shop. We can also accept phone orders if you wish to pay using your credit card.
